Placing an Order
To acquire a subscription:
Choose your preferred subscription plan from our store.
Add the selected plan to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter your personal details and create a new username and password.
Select your payment method and complete the transaction.
You will receive your subscription via the registered email address within 30–180 minutes (up to 24 hours in rare cases).
Check the email you received after placing your order. It should contain information about the status of your order and the expected delivery date.
Track the status of your order: Digital Ott Store provides the ability to track the status of an order by tracking number.
Payment
We offer a variety of payment gateways. During checkout, simply select the gateway you prefer—such as credit/debit card processors or online wallets, UPI, Crypto, Binance, etc —and follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
Yes. All transactions are protected with 128-bit SSL encryption. Your payment details and personal data are encrypted in transit and cannot be accessed by anyone, including our staff.
Your payment is processed immediately upon successful completion of checkout. You will receive a confirmation email containing your transaction details and invoice.

Refund / Replacement
Every subscription includes a replacement warranty. If your subscription ceases to function, please contact our support team with your Order ID, and we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Once you submit a replacement request, we will process and deliver the new subscription credentials within 30–180 minutes (up to 8 hours). For exceptional cases, resolution may take up to 24 hours.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please Whatsapp or email our support team with your Order ID and a brief explanation of the issue. We aim to respond to refund inquiries within 24 hours.
Other
Subscriptions cannot be canceled once delivered, as they are fulfilled immediately upon processing. If you experience technical problems, however, please reach out to our support team for assistance or replacement.
To renew or upgrade:
Log in to your account on our website.
Navigate to My Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you wish to renew or upgrade and choose the appropriate plan.
Complete checkout through your preferred payment gateway.
Log in to your account and go to Order History. You can view all past orders, download invoices, and check delivery statuses there.
Sign in to your account on our website.
Navigate to My Orders and locate the item you wish to review.
Click Write a Review next to that order.
Rate the product using the star scale (1–5) and write your comments.
Submit your review. You’ll see it published on the product page within 24 hours after moderation.
